Change that holds.
You do not need another complicated system. You need a useful starting point, honest feedback and someone who notices when the plan has stopped fitting your life.
The process is conversational, practical and deliberately uncomplicated.
- 01
Speak plainly
You tell me what is going on, what has already been tried and what a genuinely better day would look like.
- 02
Choose the first lever
We identify a small number of useful changes around food, routine and recovery. Enough to matter; not so much that life rejects the plan.
- 03
Test it in real life
You try it. We look at what happened without guilt or theatre, then adjust based on the week you actually had.
- 04
Own the progress
The end goal is confidence and habits that belong to you. Coaching should build independence, not dependence.
This works best when you are ready to participate.
Keith brings guidance and accountability. You bring honesty, questions and a willingness to try.
You do not need perfect motivation. You do need to be open to small changes, regular conversations and learning from the weeks that do not go to plan.
